Please send your resume and you will be contacted for an interview!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Monitoring and Surveillance:</p> <ul> <li>Watch surveillance cameras to detect suspicious activity. </li><li>Monitor building security systems like alarms or entry controls. </li></ul> <p>Access Control:</p> <ul> <li>Check and verify the identification of guests, visitors, and contractors. </li><li>Ensure only authorized individuals can enter certain areas, including gated communities, private offices, or buildings. </li><li>Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes. </li></ul> <p>Customer Service:</p> <ul> <li>Assist guests with inquiries about local amenities, directions, or services. </li><li>Provide a warm, welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. </li><li>Address complaints or requests in a professional and timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Emergency Response:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents promptly, contacting emergency services as needed. </li><li>Assist in evacuation or lockdown procedures during emergencies. </li><li>Be trained to handle first-aid and CPR if necessary. </li></ul> <p>Patrolling:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. </li><li>Inspect security equipment, doors, and windows to ensure they are locked and secure. </li></ul> <p>Maintaining Records:</p> <ul> <li>Keep detailed logs of incidents, unusual activities, or safety concerns. </li><li>Record security check-in and check-out times for employees or residents. </li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel. </li></ul> <p>Collaborating with Security Teams:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with other security staff and management to implement safety protocols. </li><li>Communicate any security breaches or potential threats to relevant authorities. </li></ul> <p>Assisting with Deliveries:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage the reception of packages or deliveries to ensure safety. </li><li>Escort couriers, maintenance workers, or contractors to specific locations within the building if necessary. </li></ul> <p>Conflict Resolution:</p> <ul> <li>Handle minor disputes or conflicts professionally, de-escalating situations when necessary. </li><li>Work with residents or clients to resolve complaints while maintaining safety and security. </li></ul> <p>General Administrative Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Answer phones, emails, or messages related to security concerns or requests. </li><li>Ensure that all building security measures are up to date and compliant with regulations. </li></ul> <p>The role requires a mix of interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check </li><li>Able to read, write, speak, and understand English </li><li>Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Starting at $15.00 per hour </li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and promotion </li><li>Medical available </li><li>401K/Direct Deposit </li><li>Skills-enhancing training </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/D/V</p> <p>#HP</p>
