<p>We are seeking construction laborers with lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and other support of excavation experience. Tasks will involve physical labor at construction sites to assist with these operations. The primary skills required include hand digging and backfilling for installation of lagging or underpinning. Other typical laborer activities associated with the support of excavation include but are not limited to mixing grout, tieback fabrication, drilling assistance, digging trenches, cleaning up debris, and other duties. All these activities may require the use of power and air tools, as necessary.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of recent confirmed deep foundation and SOE experience </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must pass a drug screening </li><li>Ability to work in all outdoor elements (heat, rain, snow, etc.) </li><li>Must be able to climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat and stand for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to work on uneven or muddy ground </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. </li><li>Must be reliable. </li><li>Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Safety Conscious </li><li>Experience with picks, shovels, power tools, and air tools for excavation </li><li>Ability to take direction and work together with others. </li><li>Good hand-eye coordination </li></ul>
