Deliver Growth.</p> <p>Are you a commercially driven product or brand specialist ready to make your mark?</p> <p>We're looking for a Senior Buyer: Own Brand to take full ownership of a high-profile portfolio leading everything from product concept and development through to launch, performance, and optimisation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll shape products that customers love while driving real commercial results.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As Senior Buyer: Own Brand, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy, working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver standout performance.</p> <ul> <li>Own and deliver the long-term vision for our own-brand portfolio </li><li>Identify opportunities for growth through market insight and trends </li><li>Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out </li><li>Drive new product development (NPD) from idea to launch, including formulation, packaging, and costing </li><li>Source, onboard, and manage third-party manufacturers and suppliers </li><li>Lead supplier negotiations to improve cost, margin, and service </li><li>Build strong, collaborative supplier partnerships with clear performance management </li><li>Own sales, margin, and profitability targets across the portfolio </li><li>Develop robust business cases for new products and portfolio changes </li><li>Monitor performance KPIs and take corrective action where needed </li><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to deliver results </li></ul> <p>The Skills You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>Experience in product, brand, or category management </li><li>Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth </li><li>Experience leading product development and working with external suppliers </li><li>Confident stakeholder management across multiple functions </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action </li><li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capability </li></ul> <p>What You'll Get</p> <ul> <li>25 days (pro rata) annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service </li><li>Medicash - a health cash plan to support everyday healthcare costs (e.g. eyecare, prescriptions) </li><li>iTrent Financial Wellbeing - an app to help manage and access your pay flexibly </li><li>High street discounts and offers </li><li>Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) </li><li>Contributory Pension Scheme </li></ul> <p>INDPMS</p>
