The Website Manager ensures Teachers digital presence is accurate, engaging, and optimized to support member needs and business goals.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum five years' experience in digital marketing with a focus on website strategy, content management, or UX/UI</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience working with regulated industries (e.g., financial services) preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of content management systems (CMS), with experience establishing governance and content workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Drupal (or similar CMS), Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO platforms (e.g., Conductor, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable website enhancements</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with cookie policies, tagging, tracking, and privacy/compliance standards (ADA, CCPA, GDPR)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and experience working with accessibility tools or partners</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product leads, compliance, and agency and partners</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages daily updates, partners with developers and technical teams to resolve issues, and drives initiatives that enhance website performance, SEO, and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Website Content Management: Manages and updates website content to ensure information is current, compliant, and aligned with brand tone and messaging.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a content calendar to coordinate updates across teams</p> </li><li> <p>CMS Administration & Governance: Oversees CMS operations and creates scalable content management processes, including documentation, approvals, and compliance workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management: Leads and manages website-related projects from concept through completion</p> </li><li> <p>Uses a project management system to track tasks, timelines, owners, and approvals, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams and stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>SEO Strategy: Leverages SEO partnership to execute and maintain an ongoing SEO strategy that improves search visibility and organic performance</p> </li><li> <p>Manages ongoing optimizations</p> </li><li> <p>User Experience (UX): Uses data, feedback, and best practices to identify UX pain points and implement enhancements that improve the member experience</p> </li><li> <p>Web Development Collaboration: Collaborates with designers and developers to implement design updates, troubleshoot issues, and launch pages</p> </li><li> <p>Analytics & Reporting: Monitors website performance, analyzes visitor behavior, and provides insights and recommendations to support marketing goals</p> </li><li> <p>Marketing Automation Integration: Ensures seamless integration between the website and Salesforce lead capture mechanisms</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance & Accessibility: Partners with compliance and accessibility teams to ensure content, design, and structure meet industry and regulatory standards</p> </li><li> <p>Digital Innovation: Stays informed on digital trends and consumer behaviors in financial services and adjacent industries to identify opportunities for innovation</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits of Joining the Teachers Team:</p> <p>We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Fully-funded pension plan</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) company contribution</p> </li><li> <p>Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium</p> </li><li> <p>Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees</p> </li><li> <p>Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers</p> </li></ul> <p>The good faith range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs.
