This internship?is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives.?The Learning and Development team is seeking those who are ready to apply their skills in L&D and assist with early career programs in a fast-paced, real-world environment.?Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.</p> <p>How you will do it:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Summer 2025- possibility to stay additional time or repeat the following summer</p> </li><li> <p>Tasked with multiple projects throughout the summer</p> </li><li> <p>Attend provided enrichment/ development sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Participate on the L&D team to gain additional knowledge in multiple areas, including early career programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Duration:?This will be a full-time summer 2025 internship.</p> <p>What we look for</p> <p>Required?Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university</p> </li><li> <p>Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Development or similar</p> </li><li> <p>Currently a?Sophomore/Junior?status</p> </li><li> <p>Good Academic Standing</p> </li><li> <p>U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated problem solving skills required</p> </li></ul>
