<p>POSITION: Before and After School Program (CLC) One-on-One Paraprofessional/Special Needs Aide</p> <p>LOCATION: Rossford Elementary School (CLC)</p> <p>HOURS: 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m.</p> <p>SCHEDULE:</p> <ul> <li>Every other Monday morning (6:30-8:30 a.m.) </li><li>Monday afternoon (3:15-6:00 p.m.) </li><li>Tuesday morning and afternoon (6:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m.) </li><li>Wednesday morning (6:30-8:30 a.m.) </li><li>Friday afternoon (3:15-6:00 p.m.) (opposite the every other Monday morning (6:30-8-30 a.m.) </li></ul> <p>The schedule will be shared on a monthly basis.</p> <p>SALARY: Competitive Wage & Fringe Benefits</p> <p>DEADLINE: Until position is filled START DATE: To be determined</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid state of Ohio Educational Aide Permit</p> </li><li> <p>Or one of the following: two years of higher education, associate degree, passing score on state Parapro Assessment</p> </li><li> <p>CPI certified preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality about student's personal information</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use computer network systems and software applications as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others</p> </li><li> <p>Courteous, efficient and willing to accept responsibility as well as suggestions</p> </li><li> <p>Employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the district</p> </li><li> <p>Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate</p> </li></ul> <p>In accordance with State law, the Rossford Board of Education requires a criminal background check through the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records for each applicant the Superintendent recommends for employment.</p> <p>It is the policy of the Board of Education of the Rossford School District that no candidate for a position in this District shall be discriminated against based on race, color, religion, national origin or citizenship status, creed or ancestry, age, gender, marital status, non- disqualifying disability, height, or other protected categories.</p>
