<p>Summary: Support Leadership and Management of the Commercial organization to be recognized as the preferred HVAC contractor, fabricator, and service provider within our targeted markets and customer base while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture and building strong relationships with all stakeholders to safely achieve the lowest risk and most profitable results. Practice sound techniques and skills in the installation of, but not limited to, HVAC equipment associated with CT and MRI equipment. Must be mechanically inclined and willing to travel.</p> <p>Lead by Example:</p> <ul> <li>Run Daily Huddle meetings before work starts complete with daily/weekly goals, safety awareness {JSA's}, and open discussion to answer any questions or concerns. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking company vehicle. </li><li>Participate in the Friday morning Shop Schedule meeting. </li><li>Attend Foremen meetings. </li><li>Daily construction reports, including pictures identifying delays on larger projects. </li><li>Maintain & keep track of company tools, and mach inery. </li><li>Field control sheets when required by G.C. </li><li>Manager duct testing & reports. </li><li>Meet schedules, timelines, and manage inspections. </li><li>Work independently when required. </li><li>Manage rental equipment. </li><li>Order consumable materials. </li><li>Manage shop material requisitions. </li></ul> <p>Build Lifelong Partnerships:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively both orally and in writing and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with fellow employees. </li><li>Always express a positive "Can Do" attitude. </li></ul> <p>Act with Integrity:</p> <ul> <li>Attend required job meetings, addressing productivity, schedule, and jobsite conditions. </li><li>Diagnose & troubleshoot system malfunctions when needed. </li></ul> <p>Put People First:</p> <ul> <li>Practice sound supervisory oversight of junior installers. </li><li>Train, mentor and develop apprentices. </li><li>Mentor our craft force and attend job walk-throughs if needed. </li></ul> <p>Challenge the Ordinary:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning, estimating, & scheduling work </li><li>Participate in all foremen training programs recommended by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduation or equivalent. 2 years' experience in maintaining equipment. </li><li>Universal EPA certification and a valid driver's license with a good driving record is required. </li><li>Able to communicate with co-workers, other members of supervision as to work in progress, work completed, and/or work to be performed in the future. </li><li>Able to fill out (complete) appropriate paperwork, forms, etc. to document work in progress and/or completion. </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision. </li><li>Working knowledge of PCs, tablets and smart phones. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Stand, sit, or squat for long periods of time to perform essentials of work assigned. </li><li>Will walk and move throughout the work area as needed. </li><li>Will lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Generally, will push, pull, reach and stoop as needed. </li><li>Able to work off ladders and lifts </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Traditional job site area.
