This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a secure and safe environment during the overnight hours.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and patrol plant premises to ensure safety and security. </li><li>Conduct regular checks of doors, gates, windows, and other access points. </li><li>Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches. </li><li>Enforce security policies and procedures. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors. </li><li>Respond to emergencies as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and activities. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card (training available). </li><li>Ability to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential). </li><li>Clean criminal background check. </li><li>Pre-employment drug screen required. </li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the plant. </li><li>Strong communication and observation skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and stay alert during the overnight shifts. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous security experience is a plus, but not required. </li><li>Familiarity with industrial settings or manufacturing environments is an advantage. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Part-time hours, flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed). </li><li>Holidays will be required if they fall on the scheduled shift. </li></ul> <p>If you are looking for a stable full-time role with the opportunity to contribute to the safety of a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today!</p> <p>OH #65198924219</p> <p>#IND1</p> <p>Education Requirements (All)</p> <p>HS Diploma</p> <p>GED or H.S.
