<p>INTRODUCTION</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various aspects of the MA-to-RN Pathway Program, ensuring its successful execution and alignment with Unity's organizational goals.</p> <p>MAJOR DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for planning and implementing programs </li><li>Oversee daily program operations. </li><li>Coordinate schedules. </li><li>Ensure program milestones are met. </li><li>Creating a program budget with the help of management and staying within it. </li><li>Organizing the training, scheduling and performance management of program staff. </li><li>Communicating with staff, stakeholders, and program participants. </li><li>Monitoring the success of programs and prepare monthly status reports. </li><li>Manage confidential files relevant to staff and programs. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in business or a relevant area of study </li><li>Experience working independently and with a team are essential for this role </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in a fast-paced environment is required, preferably in healthcare or a not-for-profit organization. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the concepts and practices associated with effective program management. </li><li>Must have a high degree of customer service skills and philosophy to include professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintains a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, relationships, and professional stature. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to show a high degree of initiative and proactive planning and learning </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team. </li><li>Ability to analyze and systematically compile technical and statistical information. Must be able to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to comprehend and make inferences from written material. </li><li>Ability to interpret federal, state, and local government laws and regulations. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse populations. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with technology and business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY CONTROLS</p> <p>The Program Coordinator reports Director of Nursing. position will consult with the Director of Nursing before deviating from the approved plans or making decisions that will significantly affect program goals, resource allocations, or other health center operations.</p>
