<p>Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure</p> <p>The Mentor of School-Age Students for the Before and After School Enrichment [BASE] Program, supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community. The Mentor of School-Age Students creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes all children and families while promoting and maintaining a strong educational program in accordance with the YMCA quality requirements. Since the program is before and after school, working hours are 6:45 - 9:00 AM in the morning and 3:00 - 6:00 PM in the evening. We serve four (4) elementary schools in the Great Valley School District: Charlestown, General Wayne, KD Markley and Sugartown.</p> <p>Who Are We?</p> <p>The YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW) was named a 2025 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer for a second consecutive year.
