<p>Your role</p> <p>The CD Funding Desk is a leading CD underwriter and distributer of Brokered CDs in the market.</p> <ul> <li>Manage deal closing process to ensure all deals settle without issues. </li><li>Collaborate with trading desks, sales teams, and operations to ensure trade issues and settlements are resolved timely. </li><li>Assist with trade entry, corrections, research to minimize operational risks. </li><li>Coordination of wire payments to Depository Institutions. </li><li>Cover Secondary trading book </li><li>Manage and facilitate Financial Advisor (FA) trade inquiries and Order flow. </li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance revenue and market reach. </li><li>Support onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with internal risk and control policies. </li><li>Contribute to the growth of the desk through proactive client engagement with Selling Group Members and Prospecting of Bank Issuers </li><li>Manage risk - on both single-name and broader book basis </li><li>Work closely with senior members of the team to develop and execute funding strategies that attract & maintain bank clients </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success. Series 7 and series 66. </li><li>Strong understanding of Fixed Income products including CDs, Treasuries, Corporate Bonds. </li><li>Strong appetite for improving trading workflow via digitalization and automation. </li><li>Strong computer skills, with advanced skills in Excel and Bloomberg API. </li><li>Strong Knowledge of VBA, Python or PowerBI/Tableau Software. </li><li>Formulate, analyze data and perform quantitative analysis from large data set. </li><li>Ability to review and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Operate well under pressure, be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
