<p>JobID: 210734244</p> <p>Category: Client Management</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-04-08T17:25:28+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: Day</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: San Francisco,CA $200,000.00-$275,000.00</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Vice President in Private Capital Advisory & Solutions, you will leverage your experience in developing strong relationships with corporate client and leading global investors, and work across a range of private capital products. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing private market transactions, including private equity placements, growth capital, pre-IPO financings, secondaries, minority recapitalizations, and other bespoke financing solutions.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on private capital transactions. </li><li>Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to advance the marketing and execution process. </li><li>Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact, including confidential information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets. </li><li>Oversee the creation and review of financial projection models and valuation analyses tailored to private market transactions. </li><li>Identify, assess, and manage all risks associated with private capital deals, including financial, legal, and reputational risks. </li><li>Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties, investors). </li><li>Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews with prospective investors and counterparties. </li><li>Support the origination and execution of private placements, direct lending, and other bespoke capital solutions. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role, ideally with exposure to private capital markets or private placements. </li><li>Experience in training and mentoring junior bankers. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity. </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel modeling and valuation work. </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, with the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions. </li><li>Adaptability, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team. </li><li>Ability to interact comfortably with clients in a professional and mature manner. </li><li>Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today's environment, particularly in private capital transactions. </li></ul>
