Learn more at www.connectamerica.com.</p> <p>Job Function:</p> <p>Perform order fulfillment requests for technicians and log returns to Colorado</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Works the inventory request shared inbox for tech orders, pulling equip from proper shelves, recording serial and tracking numbers, preparing packing slips </li><li>Returns from subs and technicians, logs equipment on receiving log, puts equipment in proper bins for refurbishing and maintain records of returned devices </li><li>Ships misc. accessories to Broomall, ships some of the LL returns to SC </li><li>Works the mailout shared box printing WOs for return box requests </li><li>Makes boxes and paperwork packets for the regional office direct shipments/tech orders/SCAN/Alignment </li><li>If time permits, refurbs equip/accessories </li><li>Approves and ships installer inventory orders based on demand and inventory levels </li><li>Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas </li><li>Perform other assigned duties and tasks necessary </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Able to stand for more than 1 hour continuously, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, and tolerate use and exposure to household cleaning products </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and customer service </li><li>Knowledge of MS, Internet, and web tools </li><li>Skilled at work organization, prioritization, and problem solving </li><li>Willing to work alone and with a team </li><li>Ability and flexibility to work under deadlines </li><li>Ability to accept direction, positively respond to urgent task requests, and ability to prioritize multiple projects </li><li>Previous inventory experience helpful </li></ul> <p>Connect America is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
