<p>Red Oak Recovery (Ellenboro, NC) specializes in the treatment of adult men and is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program. The leadership team of Red Oak Recovery is made up of recognized experts in the field of mental health who specialize in the integration of wilderness and experiential therapy, substance abuse, trauma, and mental health treatment.</p> <p>During their time at our treatment center, clients receive a minimum of 25 hours of clinician-led group and individual therapy sessions each week. This level of care ensures that our clients receive the attention they deserve while progressing toward growth and change.</p> <p>We are seeking a Family Therapist for our campus. This role will provide education and support to families of clients with substance use, trauma and co-occurring mental health disorders including but not limited to assessment, planning, individual and family support, and family education.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Carry an active assigned caseload </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients and families on assigned caseload </li><li>Complete a thorough assessment of the family system and prescribe a documented growth plan and upload to EMR </li><li>Conduct family education and support phone calls weekly with each client on caseload </li><li>Complete weekly progress note uploaded to EMR </li><li>Provide psycho-educational groups to clients </li><li>Attend weekly clinical meeting on campus </li><li>Collaborate with clinical director and each primary therapist of your caseload on a weekly basis, ensuring optimum outcomes for client </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals </li><li>Co-facilitate multifamily workshops to educate families, assist families in building healthy relationships and developing healthy communication skills </li><li>Develop and implement webinars as educational tools for family members </li><li>Co-facilitate client graduations on campus when client family is present for graduation. </li><li>Provide crisis intervention/support to families </li><li>Facilitate weekly family support calls </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in human service field </li><li>Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible </li><li>Experience in facilitating group therapy </li><li>Experience with experiential therapy </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, and LCAS or pursuing LCAS </li><li>Dually licensed in both addiction and mental health treatment (or willing to seek both) </li><li>Experience working with young adults in an eco-therapeutic setting </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days </li><li>Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days </li><li>Retirement 401k </li><li>Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options </li><li>Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options </li><li>Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services </li><li>Desirable PTO & SICK plan </li><li>Company paid professional development and training </li><li>Employee discounts through local retailers </li></ul> <p>Red Oak Recovery does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
