<p>Description</p> <p>DAYS/HOURS: 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some early morning, evening and weekend hours as needed. Non-Essential position (storms and response).</p> <p>LOCATION: 444 Harrison Ave. Boston and other Pine Street Inn locations as needed. Some hybrid work is available, but this position requires on-site presence and the ability to travel to all PSI Housing properties.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Manager of Operations is a diverse position within the Operations division of Pine Street Inn. Operations encompass the following departments: Facilities and Capital Planning, Security, Workforce Development and Emergency Shelter Operations.</p> <p>The Manager of Operations will support the Operations teams with administrative support and project-based initiatives and analysis. Additionally, the Manager of Operations will serve as Project Manager, responsible for creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects across the entire organization.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>EDUCATION/TRAINING:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Meets qualifications to become an authorized PSI driver </li><li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Superior organizational, written, and verbal communications skills and demonstrated project management experience </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Pine Street Inn's mission and a positive approach to change </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software (e.g., Smartsheet, Building Engines) </li><li>Experience in and ability to maintain confidential records and information </li><li>Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented environment </li><li>Willingness to work some evenings and early mornings, as needed </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of various project management methodologies </li><li>Experience in Operations Management, including inventory replenishment and tracking </li><li>Experience reading and interpreting financial reports. Ability to develop, analyze and measure alternative financial scenarios for program operations. </li></ul>
