You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of OT and IT environments, enterprise architecture, and regulatory requirements, focusing on various areas of automation, including Process Automation, Building Automation, Factory Automation, Lab Automation, Warehouse Automation, OT-Infrastructure and OT-Connectivity. The Lead OT-PM role involves managing and leading cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.</p> <p>Key responsibilities are:</p> <ul> <li>Project Leadership </li><li>Team and Resource Management </li><li>Stakeholder Engagement </li><li>Risk and Change Management </li><li>Performance Monitoring </li><li>Documentation and Reporting </li><li>Budget, Scope and Time Management </li><li>Continuous Improvement </li><li>Technology Implementation </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Technology or related discipline. </li><li>At least 10 years of experience which includes project management, particularly in the field of IT and OT. </li><li>Strong understanding of OT systems and connectivity solutions. </li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. </li><li>Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. </li><li>Keen to act flexibly and cope with changing conditions in a cross functional global network. </li><li>Able to travel for business trips up to 40% including domestic and possibly international. </li></ul> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
