<p>Our customer, an American cloud computing storage device company, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Technology Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, product, and OEM transactions.</p> <p>Duration: 6 months (with the potential to extend)</p> <p>Location: Remote (No time zone preference)</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including programmatic, distribution, strategic partner, and end-user agreements. </li><li>Providing legal advice and transaction support involving distributors, resellers, OEMs, and technology alliance partners. </li><li>Collaborating with senior executives and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. </li><li>Working with partner systems and programs, including platforms such as Apptus and Ironclad. </li><li>Supporting go-to-market strategies and product-related legal matters. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in a commercial attorney role. </li><li>5+ years of experience specializing in drafting and negotiating technology contracts. </li><li>Experience working for a large technology company is preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and adapt to business needs. </li><li>Strong background in technology transactions and partner/channel commercial experience. </li></ul> <p>To apply:</p> <p>If you are qualified, interested, and available, please send 1) your WORD version resume and 2) an email stating why you are a good fit for this position to sajoli.singhal@elevate.law</p> <p>ElevateFlex provides an unparalleled platform for you to work with innovative companies and law firms worldwide on various exciting and challenging roles.
