We're expanding our home health services in south Pinellas county and looking for a passionate full-time Home Health PT Physical Therapist to join our team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to serve patients in their homes with the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow with us as we continue to build our presence in the community. In this full-time role, you'll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.</p> <p>Locations: home health visits in south Pinellas county (St. Pete, Gulfport, South Pasadena, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Clearwater, Largo, and surrounding areas)</p> <p>Schedule: M-F 40 hours with weekend/holiday on-call rotations</p> <p>With more than 60 years of expertise, Empath's Home Health service line provides skilled nursing, therapy, and personal care services that help people recover and maintain independence at home.
