<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Specialize in the medical and surgical management of disorders affecting the nasal cavity, sinuses, and the anterior skull base.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of nasal and sinus disorders, including chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, and disorders</p> <p>Provide medical and surgical interventions for rhinologic conditions, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal reconstruction and surgery for anterior skull base disorders.</p> <p>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, pulmonologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.</p> <p>Stay abreast of advancements in rhinologic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.</p> <p>Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices related to rhinology within the department and institution.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</p> <p>Education</p> <p>MD or DO degree from an accredited institution</p> <p>Credentials</p> <p>Medical degree from an accredited institution</p> <p>Residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT)</p> <p>Fellowship training in Rhinology</p> <p>Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology</p> <p>Eligibility for medical licensure in West Virginia</p> <p>Demonstrated expertise in the medical and surgical management of rhinologic and anterior skull base disorders</p> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p> <p>Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional development</p> <p>Work Schedule: Varies</p> <p>Status: Full Time Regular 1.0</p> <p>Location: WCH-MSOB</p> <p>Location of Job: US:WV:Charleston</p> <p>Talent Acquisition Specialist: Carol S.
