If you're ready to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, join our Southeast Transportation Team as a Roadway Project Manager focused on projects across Tennessee.</p> <p>You'll lead a variety of transportation projects - from sidewalks and bikeways to large-scale infrastructure - using your expertise in roadway design, drainage, site layout, and utility coordination. You'll manage delivery teams, build client relationships, and help grow our presence in the Tennessee market.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to work with established clients like TDOT while being supported by Jacobs' extensive network of technical experts and resources.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements. </li><li>Lead technical teams in developing innovative roadway design solutions. </li><li>Provide technical expertise and ensure high-quality standards across project delivery. </li><li>Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand relationships with TDOT and other Tennessee agencies. </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license (Tennessee preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months). </li><li>At least 7 years of experience managing transportation infrastructure projects. </li><li>Proven experience with TDOT and local government projects in Tennessee. </li><li>Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and transportation design software. </li><li>Strong understanding of AASHTO design guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>103,100.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>165,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
