This role focuses on creating a nurturing, responsive environment where infants build secure attachments, explore through sensory experiences, and begin early communication development.</p> <p>Joining a new center opening offers the opportunity to help establish classroom routines and culture from day one.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months </li><li>Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision </li><li>Plan developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment </li><li>Observe and document developmental milestones </li><li>Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress </li><li>Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required </li><li>Prior infant classroom experience preferred </li><li>Strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices </li><li>Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
