<p>About the Community: Residences at Manchester Place is a 204-unit apartment community located in downtown Manchester, NH. Residents here have exclusive access to many different amenities, like a rooftop deck, 24/7 fitness center, dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, and a community social room.</p> <p>About the Role: Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.</p> <p>Northland's maintenance team always maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with our residents, vendors, and guests.
