<p>Ontario, CA</p> <p>Pay: $800-$900 / weekly</p> <p>Hiring for all shifts and schedules</p> <ul> <li>This role will support operations at a major grocery retailer by ensuring that delivery vehicles are available, clean, and properly positioned to be loaded for deliveries. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Move vans from Yard to Fulfillment center </li><li>Clean inside and outside of vans </li><li>Perform inspection of vehicles both before, and after, operation </li><li>Read work orders determine work assignments to identify appropriate equipment needs. </li><li>Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets </li><li>Ensure the yard is clean and organized </li><li>Assist Delivery Drivers when necessary </li></ul> <p>Education and/or experience:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License (CDL not required) </li><li>One (1) year experience with yard jockeying preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, skills and abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Ability to work with limited supervision </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time </li><li>Ability to frequently get in and out of vehicles </li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 pounds </li><li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors and changing temperatures) </li></ul>
