<p>Description</p> <p>The Charge Nurse is responsible in the absence of Department Directors for the operation of the Nursing Division and, when appropriate, non-nursing departments. Acts on behalf of the Watertown Regional Medical Center Administration, in their absence, when dealing with patients, patient families, and the public. Adjusts staffing and otherwise manages resources in a cost-effective manner, remaining responsive to acuity and budgetary parameters. We serve women at all stages of life, from labor and delivery to gynecological care on a brand new women's health unit.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Well-qualified candidates will have </li><li>Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. </li><li>Experience in LDRP nursing required </li><li>Current licensure by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing. </li><li>CPR required on hire or within 60 days of hire. </li><li>Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification also required on hire or within 6 months of hire. </li></ul>
