<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Project Manager in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leads the IT program with guidance from business management </li><li>The Project Manager collaborates with senior program managers to determine needs, recommend changes, and integrate functions for efficient operations </li><li>Facilitates program activities by tracking information, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations </li><li>Guides and assists team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule </li><li>Communicates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and provide accurate information </li><li>Reviews and analyzes data to determine progress and make recommendations for improvements </li><li>Conducts research and data analysis to improve performance and develop new procedures </li><li>Supports policy decision-making by developing impactful presentations </li><li>Supervises project support staff, including business analysts, QA resources, and developers </li><li>Assigns work to meet operational goals </li><li>Tracks performance goals for strategic and operational projects </li><li>Prepares budget recommendations and cost estimates for strategic initiatives </li><li>The Project Manager provides requirements for new dashboards for proactive reporting </li><li>Produces procurement documents such as RFRs, RFQs, and BAFOs* Leadership and management experience in leading IT programs and managing cross-functional teams </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Analytical skills to review and analyze data and make informed recommendations </li><li>Project management experience in managing projects and ensuring timely completion </li><li>Familiarity with IT systems and project management tools </li><li>Ability to prepare budget recommendations and cost estimates </li><li>Problem-solving skills to devise efficient methods and improve operations </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with senior program managers and stakeholders </li><li>Proficiency in producing detailed documents </li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements </li></ul>
