Overview FullBloom is actively seeking a highly motivated sales-minded professional with strong prospecting expertise to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our FullBloom K-12 line of business. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is critical in identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound prospecting strategies, lead generation best practices, and pipeline development to drive revenue growth. Working closely with the field sales team, the BDR will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and expanding our footprint within public and non-public school districts across the US. This includes generating demand for intervention programs, summer school, high-dosage tutoring, professional development, and job-embedded coaching. This role is accountable for sourcing and driving new leads in support of revenue growth in one of five nationwide territories through proactive outreach, sales engagement, and opportunity management. At FullBloom, we invest in our top talent-our goal is to regularly promote our most promising BDRs into advanced roles (e.g., Partnerships Manager, Director of Partnerships, etc.) as they become available. This is a remote role with little to no travel required. Compensation includes a competitive salary and an attractive bonus structure based on performance. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential K-12 clients across assigned territories. Proactively reach out via email, phone, and social media to generate new leads. Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and website visitors. Qualify leads using industry-standard frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Leverage our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage, track, and report on lead activity. Outreach & Relationship Building Engage school and district administrators to understand their challenges and goals. Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for assigned members of our field sales team. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, sharing relevant solutions and guiding prospects through early stages of the sales cycle. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-specific outreach strategies. Maintain a healthy, up-to-date sales pipeline with consistent, timely follow-up. Share insights from outreach to inform messaging, improve campaigns, and drive conversions. Support marketing and proposal efforts to align on goals and optimize impact. Product Knowledge & Demonstration Become an expert in FullBloom's offerings, including intervention programs, summer school, tutoring, and professional development. Clearly communicate product benefits and value in calls, emails, and social media outreach. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM. Prepare reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and early-stage pipeline health. Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Education and Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles (K-12 education space a big plus!) Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation Strong understanding of the K-12 market, sales cycles, and funding mechanisms CRM and sales engagement tool expertise (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented Posted Salary Range Starting from USD $60,000.00/Yr.</p>
