First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. Under direct supervision, Project Coordinators work closely with EPMO Project Managers and project team members to perform assigned tasks in support of ongoing projects. The goal of this administrative position is to assist project team members in completing routine and other project-related work. Additionally, the Project Coordinator assists the EPMO Project Manager in ensuring project reporting is prepared, approved and distributed on schedule. The Project Coordinator may also be chartered to perform project record-keeping and management of vendor invoices and payments, once approved by the Project Manager. Additionally, the role will ensure that the project repository of project work papers and deliverables is up-to-date is a key activity. In performing day-to-day work, the Project Coordinator may perform other duties such as collecting status on action plans/items, updating resource assignments in MS-Project, formatting or editing project deliverables, organizing estimates and schedules, calculating timeframes, and tracking budgets for projects. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate tasks, like risk and issue management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, time tracking and handling financial queries, are all part of this position's Compensation The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000/annually; commensurate with experience Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an information technology management field, or equivalent work experience required 2 years' experience providing administrative support; preferably in a task or project-oriented environment Experience working in support of professionals Proven experience in supporting cross-organizational or inter-departmental projects Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive assignments and coordinate with teams with competing demands Awareness of bank and project objectives Ability to synthesize and prioritize work assignments Must be able to manage workload to deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Able to handle confidential matters judiciously Possess attention to detail with excellent follow-through Benefits:?
