<p>Kids Ministry Associate - Bullitt County Campus</p> <p>The Kids Ministry Associate will come alongside the Kids Ministry Leader to recruit, equip and shepherd volunteers to lead Kids Ministry at their campus.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Recruit new volunteers to serve in Southeast Kids </li><li>Equip and shepherd volunteers to effectively carry out the ministry </li><li>Schedule volunteers using Planning Center, ensure current policies and best practices are adhered to, execute weekend services. </li><li>Empower volunteers to lead all program elements </li><li>Implement central resources so that more time is spent ministering to volunteers and families. </li><li>Plan and execute events for children and volunteers, including family dedication and promotion weekend. </li><li>Communicate frequently and effectively with volunteers and parents, including pastoral care, prayer, and encouragement. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Works independently and collaborates with the team </li><li>Empathetic heart that wisely shepherds others </li><li>Builds effective teams </li><li>Develops leaders </li><li>Delegates tasks </li><li>Drives engagement </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Planning Center, and proficient in Rock database (or willingness to learn) </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Two or more years of Children's Ministry experience preferred. </li><li>Must live in Bullitt County or be willing to relocate to Bullitt County within the first year of employment. </li><li>Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one. </li><li>Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun. </li><li>Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving. </li><li>Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantras </li><li>Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.
