We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join our team.</p> <p>Job Summary Manufacturing Customer Service Representative</p> <p>As Manufacturing Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing the full order fulfillment process to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and working with internal teams to meet customer needs. As a CSR Order Fulfillment Coordinator, this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities Manufacturing Customer Service Representative</p> <ul> <li>Implement and manage the Order Fulfillment Process with precision and efficiency in an extremely responsive manner for the customer. </li><li>Navigate through ERP-CRM software and database systems to enter quotes and customer orders as well as maintain and update software with customer notations (SSC-Sales, Service, Calls). </li><li>Accurately respond to customer inquiries and quote requests in an expeditious and complete manner. </li><li>Build relationships with TGC's customer base to fully understand the customer's requirements, communicate them to our production and sales team. </li><li>Manage customer inventory requirement through use of Purchase Requisition Process. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate reading, communication, math and problem-solving skills </li><li>2+ years customer service experience. </li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs. </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in manufacturing environment </li><li>College degree in business or equivalent with formal training preferred </li><li>Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings </li><li>Proficiency with Windows based software including Microsoft Office Applications </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability) </li><li>401K plan with a 50% employer match and Employee Stock Ownership plan (ESOP) </li><li>Ongoing training and development programs </li></ul> <p>Join a company that values your contribution and invests in your future.
