<p>Position Type:</p> <p>Educational Aide/Parapro/Support Staff</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>7/21/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Mason City Schools - Mason Intermediate School</p> <p>District:</p> <p>&nbsp Mason City School District&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Performance Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Works under the supervision of the building LCSS lead administrator.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with the LCSS lead administrator, Learning Experience Designer (LED), intervention specialists, and classroom teachers to support and coordinate instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides targeted support to students in small group settings, either within the classroom or in a designated pull-out environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Implements research-based interventions and applies accommodations/modifications as directed by instructional staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in the collection and documentation of student performance data to monitor progress and inform instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports grade-level and school-wide assessments used to identify and respond to student needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds, values, and family structures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains confidentiality and upholds professional respect for students, staff, and families.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in professional learning opportunities as directed by building or district administration.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned by the building administrator or designee.</p> </li></ul>
