Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
