With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Office Services Associate - Hospitality is responsible for supporting daily hospitality operations, including the ordering, stocking, inventory, and presentation of supplies across kitchen, pantry, and conference areas. This highly visible role requires a proactive, service-minded individual with prior hospitality experience and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked workplace environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Hospitality & Facilities Support:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, kitchens, and pantry areas. </li><li>Prepare and serve coffee; run and empty dishwashers; restock utensils, cups, and dishware. </li><li>Replenish copier supplies and restock common areas as needed. </li></ul> <p>Supply Management:</p> <ul> <li>Order and maintain inventory of hospitality supplies and consumables. </li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages. </li><li>Track usage and maintain accurate inventory records. </li></ul> <p>Customer Service & Team Support:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver prompt, courteous service to employees, clients, and guests. </li><li>Work collaboratively with office services and facilities teams to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. </li><li>Respond to service requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally. </li><li>Cross-train and assist in other office service functions as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. </li><li>1-3 years of hospitality or office services experience. </li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a positive, "can-do" attitude. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly. </li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining shared spaces. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Dependability, flexibility, and responsiveness. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management capabilities. </li><li>Commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked environment. </li></ul>
