Our teams work every day to enhance performance, eliminate waste, and deliver accuracy and speed our customers depend on.</p> <p>What You'll Do As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you'll help develop, implement, and sustain improvement initiatives across our Distribution Services operations. You'll partner closely with leaders, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments to strengthen operational excellence and drive meaningful results.</p> <p>You will:</p> <p>Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline warehouse and distribution processes. Analyze workflows, KPIs, and performance data to identify and prioritize opportunities. Support standardizing best practices and updating SOPs. Facilitate root-cause analysis, kaizen events, and other problem-solving activities. Partner with managers to implement improvements that stick. Provide coaching and training on Lean tools and performance management. Assist with documentation, visual management tools, and performance dashboards. Track outcomes to ensure Continuous Improvement initiatives deliver measurable results. Help enhance safety, quality, accuracy, and cycle-time performance.</p> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit</p> <p>You'll succeed in this role if you have:</p> <p>A related college degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills (written, verbal, and phone). Solid computer aptitude, including Microsoft Office. Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the confidence to lead discussions and improvement efforts. A self-directed, professional work ethic and commitment to learning and development. The ability to track results, support continuous improvement programs, and listen effectively. Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation and lead by example.</p> <p>What to Expect</p> <p>Primarily Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
