Our West Virginia attorneys have active practices throughout the region, including in Kentucky and Ohio. Having experienced counsel in West Virginia is crucial to better serving our corporate clients.</p> <p>You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, product liability, appellate, chemical exposure/toxic torts, insurance litigation, transportation, medical/healthcare litigation, labor/employment litigation, financial services, and banking.</p> <p>Want to know more about the West Virginia office? With an attention for detail, you're a first-rate communicator whose written and oral advocacy skills are outstanding. You are a member in good standing of the West Virginia Bar.
