If you're committed to helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence, we want to meet you!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide one-on-one, personalized care to a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care</p> </li><li> <p>Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and prevention strategies to support long-term wellness</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program</p> </li><li> <p>Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)</p> </li><li> <p>American Heart Association BLS certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>From primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
