Provides strategic vision to teams and aligns with corporate business partners for implementation.</p> <p>Major Areas of Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Leads team size of overall 15-20 associates </li><li>Makes strategic decisions across all brands for optimal repair and maintenance service levels. </li><li>Utilize data and technology to continuously enhance operational efficiencies and drive improvements. </li><li>Partners with Store Operations, Real Estate and Legal regarding escalated store issues. </li><li>Responsible for safety and/or emergency situations requiring immediate action. </li><li>Project manages catastrophe situations i.e. hurricane, flood, fire, tornado damage. </li><li>Manages $195M budgets and required reporting for all maintenance teams. </li><li>Partners with corporate Sustainability team to meet divisional waste diversion goals. </li><li>Partners with Environmental Health & Safety to ensure compliance with building and safety codes, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA regulations, and hazardous materials handling, Mass DEP and EPA regulatory compliance. </li><li>Regularly communicate with brand partners and peers to address challenges and identify opportunities for alignment and efficiency. </li><li>Develop a team of leaders who foster a positive working environment, build high-performing teams focused on talent development, and ensure the appropriate structure and workload to support future growth. </li><li>Preserve, celebrate, and protect TJX's culture by reinforcing the Open Door and Open to Listen policies. </li><li>Grow the talent pipeline by embodying TJX Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are Looking For: You.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li><li>10 + years of facilities management experience, throughout multiple locations </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong follow up and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to delegate and manage multiple projects effectively. </li><li>Demonstrates flexibility and can work in a state of ambiguity. </li><li>Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends. </li><li>Ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion. </li></ul> <p>Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.</p>
