<p>Chapter Director Part-Time - Hybrid</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Part-Time Chapter Director who is highly organized and execution focused. This individual will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring a high-quality member experience and smooth day-to-day operations.</p> <p>This role is primarily executional, with a focus on coordination, communication, and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders while managing multiple moving pieces.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Chapter Support & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Support Chapter Chairs in executing chapter priorities and initiatives. </li><li>Assist in tracking engagement and participation across chapter activities. </li><li>Partner with Membership and Diversity Officers to support onboarding and retention efforts. </li></ul> <p>Board & Stakeholder Support</p> <ul> <li>Help coordinate board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups. </li><li>Maintain communication across chapter officers, members, and the broader YPO network. </li><li>Support transitions between incoming and outgoing chapter leadership. </li></ul> <p>Member Experience & Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the planning and execution of ~25 events annually across both chapters. </li><li>Support a seamless member experience-from onboarding through ongoing engagement. </li><li>Help monitor engagement trends and gather feedback from members. </li></ul> <p>Chapter Operations</p> <ul> <li>Manage chapter communications including newsletters, emails, and event updates. </li><li>Maintain chapter systems, records, and documentation. </li><li>Coordinate with regional and global YPO teams to share relevant updates and resources. </li></ul> <p>Financial Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Assist with tracking budgets, payments, and dues collection. </li><li>Support preparation of basic financial updates for chapter leadership. </li><li>Help coordinate sponsorships or funding support for events as needed. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Have</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years in operations, administrative support, event coordination, or similar roles. </li><li>Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams. </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. </li><li>Experience in nonprofit, membership, or association environments preferred. </li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. </li><li>Strong communicator who can keep multiple stakeholders aligned. </li><li>Comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity. </li><li>Interested in community-building and supporting leadership networks. </li><li>Experience with event coordination or member engagement programs. </li><li>Familiarity with leadership or professional organizations. </li><li>Exposure to communications tools or basic project tracking systems. </li><li>Availability for some evenings/weekends and occasional regional travel. </li><li>Comfortable working independently with clear expectations and accountability. </li><li>This role requires in-office presence approximately 2-3 days per week (within a part-time schedule). </li></ul> <p>Prime 8 is a highly respected, woman-owned management consulting firm.
