You'll be responsible for translating a high-fidelity prototype created by our UI/UX team into a mobile application. This person will work within a Scrum team alongside UI/UX professionals, QA Automation engineers, analysts, fellow developers, and project managers.</p> <p>Location and Work Expectations</p> <ul> <li>This is a remote role; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. </li><li>This position is offered on a temporary basis. Conversion to a full-time role may be considered as business needs evolve. </li></ul> <p>What you will be doing</p> <ul> <li>Develop mobile applications utilizing standard coding practice </li><li>Follow industry standard software development architecture code, should be easy to maintain and understand </li><li>Develop unit tests that can be utilized effectively in a Continuous Integration pipelines </li><li>Collaborate with teammates in the project lifecycle </li><li>Participate in sprint planning by sizing stories and breaking down stories into tasks for the current sprint </li><li>Communicate well with team members and clients </li><li>Continuously learn and grow as a mobile developer </li><li>Value and adhere to Ntiva's core values </li></ul> <p>You'll be successful in this role if you have experience in/with</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of Flutter/Dart & mobile development </li><li>4+ professional experience developing apps </li><li>2+ years of experience with AWS, APIs, GetX, Azure experience a plus, Scrum/Agile experience </li><li>Working in cross-functional teams and are comfortable with team collaboration </li><li>Strong client facing background and are comfortable with client interaction </li></ul> <p>Required language skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally </li><li>Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public </li></ul> <p>Bonus points for</p> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science, training program/certification as a mobile developer </li></ul> <p>The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $57.74 and $83.78 hour, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
