<p>Piper Companies is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a top-tier insurance provider located in Frederick, MD. This hybrid role (2 days remote) is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that requires NO COLD CALLING.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep Include:</p> <ul> <li>Consistently meet performance metrics (calls, emails, talk time) by following a structured daily activity plan and adhering to leadership standards </li><li>Engage with clients via phone to recommend insurance products </li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets </li><li>Build relationships with potential clients and generate referral leads from both new and existing policyholders </li><li>Maintain accurate records using CRM tools </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Inside Sales Rep Include:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1-3 years of customer service or call center sales experience (preferred) </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills </li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Maryland Life & Health Insurance license (preferred) </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Inside Sales Rep Includes:</p> <ul> <li>Base salary of approximately $35,000-$40,000 per year, plus uncapped commission (OTE $70k+) </li><li>Hybrid schedule with two (2) remote workdays </li><li>Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Holidays, and Sick Leave </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 6/25/2025.
