As the</p> <p>Campus Tour & Front Desk Specialist at Universal Technical Institute's Bloomfield, NJ campus, you will serve as the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships.</p> <p>This role involves engagement with prospective students and their families, handling phone inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.</p> <p>Salary: $18 - $20 per hour</p> <ul> <li>This is a Temporary Position* </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with tours for campus guests and visitors </li><li>Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners. </li><li>Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner. </li><li>Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education / Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required. </li><li>1-2 years of in-person customer-facing experience welcoming guests, leading tours, or managing a front desk environment is required. </li><li>Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred. </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal). </li><li>Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities. </li><li>Possess excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office software </li><li>Confidence in public speaking </li></ul> <p>About Universal Technical Institute:</p> <p>It's all about reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry-leading brands, 16 campuses, and 16 technical programs.
