This is a senior leadership role responsible for steering quality engineering teams and ensuring the highest standards across aerospace manufacturing and improvement processes. Join a company that drives global aerospace excellence through technological innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage teams of quality engineers for aerospace structure production and upgrade programs</p> <p>Lead and manage cross-site quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</p> <p>Ensure company products meet all customer and regulatory requirements</p> <p>Maintain close daily interfaces with managers in operations, engineering, and procurement</p> <p>Prepare quality plans, participate in reviews, write specifications and procedures, and manage ongoing communication with internal and external customers</p> <p>Lead quality forums with company management and coordinate quality meetings as required</p> <p>Maintain and update the QMS system and procedures as needed</p> <p>Lead and drive organizational quality initiatives and cross-functional improvement processes</p> <p>Oversee quality aspects with subcontractors and suppliers including FAI, issue resolution, contractual coordination, and compliance reviews</p> <p>Manage quality processes in both civil and military aerospace projects</p> <p>Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with company procedures, aviation standards, and customer requirements</p> <p>Prepare and support external and internal quality audits ensuring full compliance</p> <p>Report directly to the VP of Quality</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Materials Engineering - Mandatory</p> <p>M.Sc. in Quality Engineering or Quality Management - Advantage</p> <p>Experience managing teams of employees</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering</p> <p>Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and FOD AS9146 standards - Advantage</p> <p>Knowledge of CAAI regulations and relevant quality assurance certifications - Advantage</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> <p>Strong self-learning ability and problem-solving orientation</p> <p>Leadership and capability to drive cross-organizational processes</p> <p>Experience working with customers and multiple interfaces in Israel and abroad - Advantage</p> <p>High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
