<p>Job#: 3023386</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>JOB TITLE: RECRUITER II</p> <p>DURATION: 12 MONTHS</p> <p>LOCATION: ONSITE IN SEATTLE WA</p> <p>PAY RATE: $42 - $52 HOURLY</p> <p>Job Description: Recruiter -</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>We have an opportunity to bring on a Recruiter to our growing and passionate Talent Acquisition team. As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with our clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes our amazing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things recruiting including developing and driving the talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and closing candidates.</p> <p>If you are driven by helping others succeed, passionate about perfecting your craft, and looking for an opportunity to meaningfully and materially improve consumer healthcare, we would love to connect with you.</p> <p>What you'll work on:</p> <p>Manage candidates throughout hiring process</p> <ul> <li>Develop networks of people to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates </li><li>Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position One Medical </li><li>Have effective pre offer calls and offer calls (where appropriate) </li><li>Develop strong relationships with candidates and act as a partner and advocate throughout hiring process </li></ul> <p>Manage and partner with Hiring Managers</p> <ul> <li>Work with hiring managers to partner on talent search - obtain needed information to execute req, provide timely updates, and advice on needs to close candidates </li><li>Actively iterate with internal stakeholders and recruiting team to continually improve recruitment and hiring processes </li><li>Be an advocate for candidates/stakeholders and give feedback when needed </li></ul> <p>Manage administrative process for full-cycle recruiting</p> <ul> <li>Ensure necessary paperwork is completed to manage full-cycle recruiting, this may include but is not limited to ensuring that interviewers submit feedback, managing offer process, conducting reference checks, assisting with the immigration process </li><li>Provide constructive performance feedback on all recruiting sources and tools </li></ul> <p>What you'll have:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (high-sourcing / low-volume), and 2+ years experience independently closing candidates </li><li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS </li><li>Recruiting experience in Healthcare and or Health Tech industries </li><li>Display a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutions </li><li>Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills - have high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracks </li><li>Have unwavering drive to deliver a candidate-first experience </li><li>Show evidence of hitting stretch hiring goals over multiple requisition types </li><li>Push yourself and helps others achieve results </li><li>Attentively listen to others and adjust to fit the audience and the message </li><li>Show consistency between words and actions; gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity </li><li>Readily tackle tough assignments and face difficult issues and supports others who do the same </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
