<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote ISVA / ISVG Consultant (Migration Specialist).</p> <p>Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior IAM Consultant with deep hands-on experience in IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) and Company Security Verify Governance (ISVG). This consultant will migrate existing on-prem identity and access management environments to Company Security Verify (SaaS) - ensuring a secure, compliant, and seamless transition for users and applications.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Migrate on prem ISAM/ISVA (WebSEAL, Federation, Access Policy) and ISVG/IGI (provisioning, workflows, roles) to IBM Security Verify cloud services </li><li>Configure and integrate authentication, authorization, and federation using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP </li><li>Migrate policies, templates, and user access models to cloud equivalents, ensuring parity and compliance </li><li>Integrate Verify Access with enterprise directories (AD, LDAP) and Verify Governance with HR and target systems (ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) </li><li>Collaborate with client teams to migrate onprem Security solution to SaaS </li><li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and document identity workflows, federation configurations, and governance policies </li><li>Conduct knowledge transfer and provide operational hand-off documentation to client support teams* 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) </li><li>5+ years with Company Security Verify Access/ISAM (authentication, federation, WebSEAL, OAuth) </li><li>3+ years with Company Security Verify Governance/IGI (provisioning, roles, workflows, SoD) </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional security, infrastructure, and compliance teams </li><li>Hands-on experience designing or executing on-prem SaaS IAM migrations </li><li>Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, and REST APIs </li><li>Familiarity with IBM Security Verify (cloud) architecture and feature mapping </li><li>Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management </li><li>Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills </li><li>Ability to translate technical IAM concepts into business impact </li><li>Scripting or automation skills (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) a plus </li><li>IBM certifications in ISVA/ISVG/Verify preferred </li></ul>
