<p>What You'll Do</p> <p>In your first 6-12 months, you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes from cradle to grave. </li><li>Own continuous improvement projects, driving measurable gains in quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics. </li><li>Support cross-functional teams with root cause analysis, CAPAs, and defect reduction (e.g., mold cracking, non-fills). </li><li>Develop and implement standards, training materials, and SOPs for operators and leaders. </li><li>Lead or assist in capital projects-from ROI justification to implementation. </li><li>Support environmental compliance, including hazardous material disposal and site audits. </li><li>Take over process auditing responsibilities, including ISO compliance and external/internal audits. </li></ul> <p>? Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct time studies and validate manufacturing standards. </li><li>Recommend and implement tooling and method improvements. </li><li>Drive corrective actions for manufacturing and customer quality issues. </li><li>Partner with maintenance and production to troubleshoot tooling/equipment issues. </li><li>Research and apply best practices, automation solutions, and ergonomic improvements. </li><li>Support the design for manufacturability of new products and processes. </li></ul> <p>You'll Work Closely With</p> <ul> <li>Production operators and shift supervisors </li><li>Maintenance and Engineering teams </li><li>Leadership </li></ul> <p>?
