<p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>In this role you will be responsible for testing all electrical components on the boat, troubleshooting root cause of failed test and correcting the issue.</p> <p>There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II) which may be differentiated based upon and individual's specialized skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.</p> <p>Individuals in any of these roles must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.</p> <p>Barletta's culture is what sets us apart and creates a great employee experience.
