If you're looking to use your skills and knowledge to make a difference in our members' lives, Patelco could be the perfect fit for you.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Product Marketing Manager will partner with business product owners and partners to build product value, positioning, and messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will manage product launches, gather customer insights, and maximize our products' potential to drive awareness, adoption, and usage. The candidate will also co-develop, drive, and execute revenue generating multi-channel and integrated product campaigns, including direct marketing, mass media, marketing collateral, in branch merchandising, digital advertising and social media efforts. Candidate should have the analytical capacity, be both a creative thinker and execution master who will collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast moving, evolving environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, have a growth mindset and thrive on learning opportunities. They should be comfortable identifying, understanding and documenting internal and external risk associated with product marketing programs and activities. They should partner and coordinate activities with external agencies, creative designers, email manager, website manager, and social marketing manager to achieve desired deliverables and execute developed plans.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Co-develop strategic product positioning and messaging that differentiates Patelco's products in the market. </li><li>Manage launch of new products or enhancements and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. </li><li>Responsible for engaging with business partner leaders and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of and alignment with their strategies, goals, and initiatives. </li><li>Work closely with internal and external partners to co-lead the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan -- including the measurement and optimization of campaigns with the plan -- for one or more complex business segments. </li><li>Gather insights from marketing research, data analytics, and marketing analytics and incorporate into marketing strategy and tactics. </li><li>Participate in idea exploration with team members to facilitate development of innovation. </li><li>Contribute to an atmosphere of openness and contribution with the team members. </li><li>Coordinate with necessary marketing resources to achieve successful launch and rollout. </li><li>Work with Training and Regional Managers to develop supportive/informational materials. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or experience in related field. </li><li>5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services product marketing. </li><li>Experience developing and executing full integrated, multi touch marketing campaigns. </li><li>Strong knowledge of all primary marketing channels, including advertising, direct mail, email, digital, and social. </li></ul> <p>Physical Activities/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>This position is based out of the Dublin Headquarters office. 0-5% travel required. </li></ul> <p>Target Base Pay</p> <p>$88,488 $110,607 per year</p> <p>Compensation at Patelco</p> <p>Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Patelco Credit Union considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
