<p>Description</p> <p>Hennepin County's Behavioral Health area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health professional with an interest in staff supervision and the desire to develop, implement, and guide the operations of the Behavioral Health Center (BHC) in Minneapolis. The BHC is a walk-in center that serves the immediate care needs of Hennepin County residents 18+ living with substance use disorders and/or mental health conditions. We are seeking a Social Work Unit Supervisor to join a supervisory team that provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team to provide on-site coverage, oversight of high-quality care, and team supervision. upholding Hennepin County mission, vision and values; establishing agendas and facilitating meetings; writing policy and procedure; implementing or clarifying workflows; coordinating staff training; assigning work;
