<p>Purpose of the Role</p> <p>Seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Campaign Program Manager to support Sales Campaigns (Acquisition & Retention) with a focus on specific Products / Services RTM strategies. This role manages team operating rhythms, project flow, and campaign execution to ensure alignment, efficiency, and on-time delivery.</p> <p>Program Management</p> <ul> <li>Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end Sales Campaigns. </li><li>Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely, high-quality delivery. </li><li>Manage budgets, documentation, and reporting using standard PMO processes. </li><li>Continuously improve workflows, tools, and team operating models. </li></ul> <p>Sales Campaign Operations</p> <ul> <li>Own planning, priority reviews, capacity tracking, and workflow rituals. </li><li>Scope incoming requests, assign owners, build timelines, and maintain campaign flow. </li><li>Identify blockers early and coordinate solutions across teams. </li><li>Keep templates and documentation organized and up to date. </li><li>Provide clear, simple visibility into priorities, status, and resource allocation. </li></ul> <p>Sales Campaign Management</p> <ul> <li>Support planning and execution of integrated Sales Campaigns. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Alliances). </li><li>Track and report performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Sales / Marketing / Commercial Program Management experience. </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. </li></ul> <p>Base Salary Range: $90,909- $114,545.
