As an early hire in this crucial role, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technology infrastructure from the ground up.</p> <p>This role is based in-person at our San Francisco office.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Procure, maintain, and administer computers, networking equipment, and office technology</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and optimize corporate software systems</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and enhance the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure</p> </li><li> <p>Deploy and enforce robust security policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Provision and manage user accounts and permissions</p> </li><li> <p>Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues</p> </li><li> <p>Lead IT projects focused on endpoint management, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver technical support and training on IT systems to staff (in-person and remotely)</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in macOS & GSuite environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong troubleshooting skills (MDM, Okta, Networking)</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive experience with Okta and automation (Okta Workflows, bash/python is a bonus)</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including firewalls, encryption, and antivirus solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record in managing IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to have</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with AWS, Tailscale</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with international IT regulations and compliance</p> </li></ul>
