<p>Receiver 2nd Shift</p> <p>#30591</p> <p>Location: Franklin, MA</p> <p>Company: Garelick Farms</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is excited to announce an opening for a</p> <p>Receiver 2nd shift position!</p> <p>We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay with great growth opportunities!</p> <p>Sunday to Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.</p> <p>GENERAL PURPOSE</p> <p>Perform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Communication between departments and Drivers. </li><li>Perform CIP (Clean In Place ) on each tanker and silo while maintaining proper documentation of each process. </li><li>Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing of product. </li><li>Weigh tanker on scales. Check to ensure proper temperature of milk and record weight and temperature reading. </li><li>Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. </li><li>Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. </li><li>Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. </li><li>The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Production or general work experienced preferred. </li><li>Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Able to follow directions and carry out instructions. </li><li>Able to effectively work in a team environment. </li><li>Able to legibly write entries for record keeping. </li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. </li><li>Must be able to read, write and speak English. </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>19.39</p>
